“What if the key to stonger stewardship isn’t better appeals - but better leadership?”

Healthy stewardship is about more than raising funds - it’s about cultivating trust, communicating vision, and leading in ways that inspire generosity. The 2026 Stewardship Conference will focus on the essential connection between leadership and stewardship, equipping pastors and church leaders to build stronger relationships, deepen engagement, and grow a culture of generosity within their congregations.

This year’s conference will feature a variety of practical and thought-provoking workshops, including:

  • From Position to Influence: Why People Give – exploring how leadership shapes generosity through trust and relationships

  • Donors Aren’t ATMs: Cultivating Generous Disciples – building meaningful, donor-centered relationships

  • Rich Church, Poor Church: Why Some Churches Thrive and Others Struggle – examining how vision, leadership, and communication impact financial health

  • Beyond the Numbers: Creating a Narrative Budget That Inspires Giving – connecting finances to mission and ministry impact

  • Capital Campaigns Start Before They Start: Building the Foundation for Success – understanding both the practical steps and the essential groundwork for a successful campaign

Participants will have the opportunity to attend keynote sessions and choose from workshop options offered in multiple time slots, allowing for a customized learning experience.

Participation Options

  • Attend Friday, Saturday, or both days

  • Join in person at Pine Lake Camp or online via Zoom

  • Access practical tools, ideas, and strategies you can immediately implement in your local church

Bonus: Extended Access to Workshop Recordings

All participants will receive access to recordings of the workshop sessions after the conference, allowing you to revisit key insights and share them with other leaders in your congregation.
