Past Investment Returns

For any account opened with the Wisconsin United Methodist Foundation, investors are able to choose from several different asset allocation options. These different investment options are listed on page #2 of our Information Sheet for participation in the Common Fund, which you will complete when opening an account.

Investment Fees

The Foundation’s fee for our service is:

  • .70 of 1% annually on the Fixed-Income market value of your account*

  • .90 of 1% annually on the Equity Pool market value of your account*

  • This annual fee includes all legal, administrative, professional management and auditing fees.

  • There is no cost to deposit or withdraw funds.

  • Net returns listed on this page, are AFTER all fees have been assessed to your account.

  • *There is a .15 of 1% annual BAIRD fee on the Equity & Fixed-Income Pools which covers BAIRD’s transactions expense (buys & sells) and their manager oversight expenses.
