The Foundation's Mission
The mission of the Wisconsin United Methodist Foundation is to be the PRIMARY RESOURCE in the Wisconsin United Methodist Fellowship for lifelong financial stewardship.
The primary work of the Foundation focuses on stewardship of church resources:
- INVESTMENT SERVICES
Providing options for church-related entities to pool their funds for the purpose of professionally managed investment services adhering to the United Methodist Social Principles.
Serving the long-term investment strategies of ministries, endowments, trustee funds and other permanent funds.
- PLANNED GIVING SERVICES
Educating the church community about planned giving possibilities.
Assisting individuals in their quest to share life's blessings.
- CONGREGATIONAL LOAN PROGRAM
Offering first mortgages to United Methodist Churches in the Wisconsin Annual Conference to help a church grow in ministry and maximize its available resources.
- STEWARDSHIP SERVICES
Education/Consultation
- CAPITAL CAMPAIGNS
Providing positive, faith-centered fundraising assistance to Wisconsin United Methodist Churches seeking to raise capital funds in addition to the annual operating budget.
