If your church is thinking about conducting a capital campaign to raise funds for a building or remodeling project, the first place to start is the Book of Discipline, ¶ 2543. At the top of the list of things to do is to analyze your needs and write your church’s ministry plan.

Be sure to be in contact with your District Superintendent and Chairperson of the District Board of Church and Location at the beginning of the process as well!
